FAQs
Does ReSmart collect in my area?
ReSmart picks up in parts of NSW, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and the ACT; the lists on this page name the areas, and Ship-to-Us takes your recyclables by post where we don’t pick up.
We pick up in more than 110 councils. Our sites don’t take visitors, so there is no drop-off: we come to you. Find out more about Ship-to-Us.
Is ReSmart free or subsidised in my area?
Regular pickups are free in subsidised councils; other sizes can be discounted. Your account shows your price. The councils that subsidise ReSmart are listed under New South Wales, marked Council-Subsidised Pickup Available.
