🚫 What we don’t pick up
❌ Nothing wet, organic or dangerous: no liquids, food scraps, garden waste, chemicals, oil, gas bottles or needles. Sealed packaged food is fine.
✅ Only dry and reasonably clean stuff.
We sort your tricky items by hand, so you don’t have to. A big thanks for keeping things clean for your local driver and our warehouse crew. We truly appreciate it!
If a load is too contaminated (food scraps, liquids or anything hazardous), we may have to leave it behind.

What happens to my items?
We work alongside our approved partners to find the best solution for your valuable resources: reusing or recycling.
For example, soft plastics will be turned back into oil or asphalt additive, wearable clothes are donated to local charities ; gold, silver, copper, and rare earth metals are extracted from your e-waste, etc.

Yes: all bikes, e-bikes and e-scooters, everywhere we pick up, priced by volume like every pickup.
