After we collect your items, we sort each waste stream and send it off to our trusted Australian partners who will recycle the items.

We’ll do it for you! Your first Pickup will be automatically scheduled once you’ve received your bin. You can change the date until 2pm the day before by simply visiting your account.
No need to be there for collection, just leave a note for our drivers or tell us where we need to pick up. Simply make sure that our driver can access your bin(s).
You have two options:
If we can’t collect because of something on your side (the bin isn’t out, we can’t get access, or no one answers at a locked site), the Pickup counts as done and is charged, unless we can reschedule it at your request. If we miss a Pickup for our own reasons, you aren’t charged and we arrange another one.
To change your frequency, contact us at business@resmart.co. Your 13, 26 or 52 prepaid Pickups run for 12 months from your first collection, and the bin is yours to keep.
