How we count

Measured

  • The total weight of each pickup is measured.
  • Recovery rate is the share of processed weight sent to recycling or reuse. Landfill is shown next to it.

Estimated

  • The split by item type is usually our driver’s estimate. On some services each type is weighed separately.
  • CO₂ and water savings are estimates: the weight that actually left our hub for a recycler, multiplied by publicly available figures for what each material saves. Anything still in the hub or sent to landfill counts for nothing.

They are our best estimates, not audited figures, and the dashboard labels them that way.

How do I get access?

We switch it on when your plan starts and send you the link.

How often is it updated?

After every collection.

Can I export the data?

Yes, as CSV or PDF, for any date range, site or item type.

Are the CO₂ figures audited?

No. Each pickup’s weight is measured; the split by item type and the CO₂ and water savings are estimates.
