We have a solution! Whether you're an individual or business, our 'Ship-to-Us' service means you can send your recyclables our way hassle-free.

How it works:

1. Get started: Order your pack of 10 pre-paid shipping satchels (sign up first!)*.
2. Fill them up: Use the satchels for tricky recyclables like soft plastics, e-waste, textiles, and more! (Max 5kg per bag. Full list of what we pick up)
3. Label your satchels: Include your name, residential address and our warehouse address on each satchel.

4. Ship it out: Drop the filled satchels at any Post Office whenever you like: no need to send them all at once.
5. We’ve got this: Once we receive your items, we’ll sort them and ensure they’re recycled or repurposed into something new.

*Note: Please check if we already provide Pickups in your area once you've set up your account. This service is only eligible for areas without Pickups.

ReSmart pickups start from $19. If your council subsidises ReSmart, pickups can be free or discounted. You see your exact price when you book.

Mini: one shopping bag or a 30L box; Regular: up to two shopping bags or a 60L box; Medium: up to four shopping bags or a 120L box; Large: up to 240L (a standard large kerbside bin); X-Large: up to 660L; Double-XL: up to 1100L; Maxi Lite: up to 2500L (half a van load); Maxi: a full van load. The monthly plan takes up to two shopping bags or 60L every 4 weeks.

As soon as the next day: book before 2pm the day before (Sydney time).

At ReSmart, we pickup and give many different items a second life. We are partnered with 10+ certified recyclers to divert valuable resources from landfill.

One of our solutions for soft plastics is based in Victoria, where they will be transformed into feedstock oil which enables it to become soft plastics again.

• Wearable clothes are donated to charities, such as the Australian Red Cross.
• Blister packs will be separated into aluminium and plastic, which will then be reused in steel products and construction materials.
• Polystyrene is granulated and pelletized for reuse in various applications, from building insulation, park benches and bee hives.

Usually, you can just leave your bags outside your front door. If you’re concerned about the driver being able to find them, or you have somewhere more accessible in mind, just add a pickup note when you make your booking. You can also take a picture of the location of your items on the summary page.

If you live in a multi-apartment complex, we recommend you leave your bag in an area that can be accessed by anyone, like near the building entrance or in an outside bin enclosure.

Usually everything can just go straight into the same bag, but here’s a couple of things you can do to make every pickup seamless:

• Keep all your soft plastics together (preferably in a plastic shopping bag) so that they don’t fly around and are easy to pick up.
• Place batteries in a zip lock or small plastic bag on top of your recycling so that the driver knows they are there.
• Put all your aluminium coffee capsules into a tightly sealed plastic bag, then just put it inside your other bags for collection.

We've made modifying your pickup easy!

All you need to do is login to your account via our website or app. From there, click Edit. Then update the size of your Pickup or choose another date on the calendar. Be sure to click 'Save' when you are finished. You can edit your Pickup until 2pm the day before.
