Office Packs and Commercial Packs

Buy it online with your card: choose your frequency on the Office Pack or Commercial Pack page.

Prefer to pay by invoice? Email business@resmart.co with your first and last name, phone number, email address, business name, business address and ABN.

• Frequency. You choose it when you buy: every 4 weeks (13 Pickups), fortnightly (26) or weekly (52). Your 12 months of Pickups start on the date of your first collection.
• Scheduling. We schedule your first Pickup once you have received your bin. You can change a Pickup's date or skip it in your account until 2pm the day before (Sydney time).
• Changing your frequency. Email business@resmart.co: the change applies from your next Pickup.
• If your bin isn't out. If we can't collect because of something on your side (the bin isn't out, we can't get access, or no one answers at a locked site), the Pickup counts as done and is charged. If we can reschedule it at your request, the new Pickup replaces the charge.
• If we miss it. If we can't complete a Pickup for our own reasons, you aren't charged and we arrange another Pickup.

• Office Pack: mix a wide range of hard-to-recycle items in one bin, as long as they are clean and dry. Our most popular items are soft plastics, e-waste, printer cartridges, pens and markers, blister packs, aluminium coffee capsules, and bottles and cans (what we pick up).
• Commercial Pack: one waste stream per bin, the one you chose when you bought it: packaging (soft plastics, polystyrene, cardboard), textiles or e-waste. No mixed waste.

Both bins are fitted with a bin liner. Never put in food, liquids or hazardous items: for example scissors, knives, aerosol cans (even empty ones), biohazardous materials, or items contaminated with food or liquids. If they are in the bin, we may not be able to complete the Pickup, and it may still be charged.

As your plan nears its end, our team gets in touch to talk about renewal options.

Yes. With your pack you get:

• signage for your bin and posters to print;
• an onboarding guide, with an email to send your team;
• images and posts to share on social media and with your customers;
• downloadable reports from your Data Dashboard.

We can also run a lunch-and-learn session for your team, in person or online (a minimum number of participants applies). Email business@resmart.co to arrange one.

We email you every invoice. If one is missing, email business@resmart.co and we send it again.
