Gift cards
A ReSmart gift card adds credit to your account for Pickups. You can buy one in our shop.
What can I use a ReSmart gift card for?
Any Pickup: any size and any items we collect, whether you book a one-off Pickup or are on a plan.
Gift cards can't be used in our online shop, so they can't buy a ReSmart bag or another gift card.
How can I redeem my gift card?
- Log in or create your account on the website or in the ReSmart app.
- Enter the code from your gift card in the credits section of your account. Its value is added to your credits.
- Book a Pickup: your credits are applied automatically.
Can I check the balance on my gift card?
Yes. Log in to your account and open the credits section: it shows how much credit you have left.
What happens if I don't use the full value of the gift card in one booking?
The rest stays in your credits and is used on your next booking. You can check your balance at any time.
Can I use a gift card for partial payment?
Yes. If a Pickup costs more than your credits, they are used first and you pay the rest with your card.
Can I combine multiple gift cards for a purchase?
Yes. Redeem each code in your account: their values add up in your credits and are used together on your booking.
Do gift cards have any fees?
No fees.
Is the gift card refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash?
No. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable, and they can't be redeemed for cash.
